4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Upon final delivery, you are granted a non-exclusive, personal license to use the custom song for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., sharing with friends and family, posting on personal social media). We, The Present Song and its artists, retain the copyright and all commercial rights to the composition and recording. You may not sell, redistribute, or use the song for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
