1. Introduction

Welcome to The Present Song ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

We specialize in creating custom songs based on stories and information provided by you, the customer. The specifics of each package, including song length, instrumentation, and delivery timeline, are detailed on our Packages page.

3. The Creative Process & Revisions

Upon receiving your story and payment, our artists will begin the creative process. We strive to capture the essence of your story. Minor revisions (e.g., small lyrical adjustments) are included. Major revisions or re-recordings may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated to you beforehand.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Upon final delivery, you are granted a non-exclusive, personal license to use the custom song for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., sharing with friends and family, posting on personal social media). We, The Present Song and its artists, retain the copyright and all commercial rights to the composition and recording. You may not sell, redistribute, or use the song for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

5. User Obligations

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your song creation. You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of any third party.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of our service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
